The 'Merthyr story' - over the last 2,000 years with strong emphasis on social, industrial, political and religious life over the last 200 years. Permanent displays include the Welsh kitchen/dairy, Blacksmith at work, Williamstown cottage, Hoover factory products (including Washing machines and the battery-powered flop, the Sinclair C5) and the new Victorian kitchen.
